我们一直在不断完善《服务条款》,并让条款内容更易于理解。所做变更将于 2020 年 3 月 31 日生效,并不会影响您使用 Google 服务的方式。

提高了可读性:尽管我们的条款仍然是法律文档,但是我们已经尽力将条款撰写得更加易于理解,包括添加了一些指向实用信息的链接并提供了相应的定义。
提升了信息传达的清晰度:我们清楚地解释了我们何时会对 Google 服务进行变更(例如新增或移除某项功能),以及何时限制或终止用户的访问权限。此外,如果某项变更会对您的服务使用体验产生负面影响,我们会采取更多措施来通知您。
将 Google Chrome、Google Chrome 操作系统和 Google 云端硬盘纳入到了条款中:我们修订后的条款现涵盖 Google Chrome、Google Chrome 操作系统和 Google 云端硬盘,它们还有各自专门的条款和政策,以帮助您了解这些服务特有的相关信息。
我们的隐私权政策没有任何变更:我们未对 Google 隐私权政策 和您信息的处理方式做出任何更改。请注意,您可以随时访问自己的 Google 帐号 页面,查看您的隐私设置并管理您数据的使用方式。

1. DO NOT CLICK the LOGIN button! 2. Click on the CHANGE link, as seen in the image to the right. 3. Enter your username: Use your Student ID number with a capitol "T" in the TCC ID section. 4. Password: Default Password (first time students will use their 6 digit birthday {mmddyy}) Password Resets: use the temporary password you have been given. 5. You may have a pop up box that says "Click Here". You MUST create 3 security questions in case you forget your password in the future. 6. Change your password.  You will now enter your Temporary Password in the "Old Password" section. After that you will create your new password in the "New Password" section.  The new password must be at least 6 characters or more and can not be a password you have used before. If your new password isn't accepted, you must create a different one. (HINT: Try using at least one Capitalized letter and at least one number.) 7. If you did not get the pop up box earlier, click on "MYTCC Password Manager Registration" after creating your new password to set up 3 security questions. Log-in for the First time or After password reset… DO NOT LOG IN Once steps 1-7 are completed, you may login to MYTCC with your new password. Repeat for Security Questions 2 and 3 and click Save *IMPORTANT! - Each Question / Answer 1. Must be different 2. Must be between 6 and 12 characters long 3. Must Not use repeating numbers or letters - eg. 111 or aaa A space will count as a character, entries are case sensitive IMPORTANT! NEVER share your Security Questions or Answers with anyone as this will compromise the security of your NHS Mail account. Resetting your Password. If you have mistyped or forgotten your NHS Mail password, do not attempt to enter more than twice as you will be locked out of your account. Instead, choose the Forgotten Password link and follow the on screen prompts to reset your password. Make sure you have your mobile phone with you. If you've answered the question correctly you will receive a temporary password sent as a text to your mobile phone. Use this password to log into your account. If you are locked out of your account please call the Service Desk on the number below. 1 2 Remember every user of the NHS Mail service is required to sign up to the Acceptable Use Policy • Make sure you use the NHS Mail service properly. • Don't do anything to compromise the security of the information you send or receive. • Be mindful of the information you share with staff, the public and patients. (For further instruction on registering and configuring your account please refer to www.nhs.net) IMPORTANT! You will never be asked for the whole answer to your Security Question, only individual characters from it. It is now possible to reset your own NHS Mail password via the NHS mail online portal.
